Nutrition is the foundation, do it right!

CrossFit STRONGLY encourages athletes (yes you) to eat a Paleo-style diet.  As explained in ‘Fitness in 100 Words’; ‘Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no Sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.’  It is a good idea to start with the Zone Diet to learn portions.  Read the .pdf first, then venture from there.
