WODs for when you’re on the road

For time:

1) 100 Burpees

2) 200 Steps Walking Lunge

3) 3 Rounds of: 15 Burpees, 15 Sit ups, 15 Squats

4) 50-40-30-20-10 of: Sit Ups, Double Unders (3x Singles)

5) 100 of each: Sit Ups, Squats, Push Ups, Steps of Walking Lunge

7) Run 5k (3.1 Miles)

8) Run 10k (6.2 miles)

9) 4 Rounds: Run 400 Meters, 25 Sit Ups, 25 Push Ups

10) 5 Rounds: 50 Double Unders (3x Singles), 50 Hollow Rocks

Other:

1) AMRAP 20: 5 Push Ups, 10 Squats, 15 Sit Ups

2) AMRAP 7: Burpees

3) Run for 30 Minutes for Distance

4) AMRAP 10: 10 Hollow Rocks, 10 Push Ups, 10 Squats

5) AMRAP 7: Double unders
