Additionally, if you are wanting to compete in something specific (Bodybuilding, Figure, Physique, Running, Cycling, Football, Basketball, Wrestling…you get the picture) Personal Coaching is a great way to gain some sport specific training and get better at it.
1 on 1 Coaching: $65/ Hour, $35/ Half-Hour
Buddy Coaching: $55/ Hour Each, $30/ Half-Hour Each
– 3 Clients: $46/ Hour Each, $26/ Half-Hour Each
– 4 Clients: $39/ Hour Each, $23/ Half-Hour Each

Nutrition is the foundation of good fitness. However, sometimes it seems overwhelming, this is where we come in. Monthly coaching includes a body composition analysis so we can build a plan that fits for the goals you are trying to reach.
